The Rodgers Wedding

WOW. This wedding was my first complete wedding and boy did I learn a lot. I learned that this is my calling. Capturing the moments of a couple's love is such a passion of mine. I have always loved weddings and now I know that this is the perfect avenue for me to get my wedding addiction fulfilled.

The day started so beautifully with clear skies and lots of details. Katie got ready in the bridal suite and Jared patiently awaited his bride. You could feel the love they had for one another when they grabbed hands around the doorway and Katie immediately became calm and assured. These two loved each other.

From the moment the ceremony began, to the second they kissed, their eyes did not leave one another gaze. After the I do's and final kiss Katie and Jared relaxed into their new roles as husband and wife effortlessly. The rest of the evening and through the reception they lovingly made sure the other was taken care of. It was such a relief to see these two so happy!

I loved every second and I love being able to show bits and pieces of what I experienced through these photographs.

These two had a whirlwind romance, but they say when you know you know. I have had the privilege of knowing Jared for a few years now, and I could definitely see how perfectly Katie will fit into his life. She is funny and sweet, and knows how to have fun. All the things that Jared needs and so much more. I wish you both the best in your new adventure. 

Disneyland - Ashlynn & Coby

This family was so much fun to photograph and the story behind it is a little more amazing. These two have gone through hell and back with their family and have decided to share their struggle. These two were so united and comfortable letting me into their Disneyland Do over. Their daughters Lucy & Ellie were a riot and hilarious. We had a blast just navigating Disneyland and eating some yummy food. The park was PACKED. Like busier than summer packed! It took me over an hour just to get from the bag check into the park! So instead of riding rides and doing attractions, we just strolled around and I honestly enjoyed just getting to know this family a little better! Such a magical place to make memories with those that you love. I LOVE DISNEY!
